How do I return an item?

Please read our return policy below.


1.1 DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT – If an order is damaged in shipment the buyer must contact us at within 20 days of shipment and request a replacement for the individual broken part. At any time we may require more information such as images of the damaged product, delivery details, etc.

1.2 INCORRECT SHIPMENT – In the event we ship the wrong item the buyer must contact us at within 20 days of shipment to request the correct product. We will issue a call tag for the incorrect product and sent the correct unit out after we receive the original product in its original condition.

1.3 10 YEAR WARRANTY – The buyer may contact us at or the manufacturer to let us know of a defect in the parts or workmanship of the product. The buyer will need to return the defective part at the buyer’s expense. Once the item is received and we determine if it was workmanship or product defect, a new part will be shipped to the buyer. Warranties are valid for ten (10) years after purchase after it has been registered, one (1) year if non-registered. Warranties are not transferrable.

1.4 RETURNS - We do not accept product returns except as set forth in paragraphs 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 above.
